1. General

WoodFry reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products & Information

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, display settings, or handmade production processes.

WoodFry reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order if suspicious activity is detected.

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability or technical errors.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers for secure transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver products all over Bangladesh.

Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service availability, and product type.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

5. Return & Replacement

Customers must report any damaged, defective, delayed, or incorrect product within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the inner and outer packaging

  • Shipping label

An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Replacement is applicable only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect and will be processed after verification by our support team.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are custom-made, bespoke, or personalized cannot be returned or refunded because they are produced specifically according to customer requirements.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and collect only necessary information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and browsing data to process orders and improve our services.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except when required for order processing, payment verification, delivery services, or email updates (if subscribed).

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, remember preferences, and understand how users interact with the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

WoodFry will not be responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

শর্তাবলী (Terms & Conditions)

WoodFry ওয়েবসাইট woodfrybd.com ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. সাধারণ শর্ত

এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর, অথবা আপনি আপনার অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করছেন।

WoodFry যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তনের পরও যদি আপনি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যান, তাহলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে।

২. পণ্য ও তথ্য

আমরা চেষ্টা করি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের বর্ণনা, ছবি এবং মূল্য সঠিকভাবে দেখানোর। তবে আলোর তারতম্য, ডিসপ্লে সেটিংস বা হ্যান্ডমেড প্রোডাক্ট হওয়ায় বাস্তব পণ্যের সাথে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

WoodFry যেকোনো সময় কোনো পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখে।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করার সময় আপনি যে তথ্য প্রদান করবেন তা অবশ্যই সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ হতে হবে।

WoodFry নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে:

  • সন্দেহজনক বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ পাওয়া গেলে

  • স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে

  • টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার কারণে ভুল তথ্য দেখালে

নিরাপদ লেনদেন নিশ্চিত করার জন্য পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হতে পারে।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

আমরা বাংলাদেশের সব জায়গায় ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়:
সাধারণত ২–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার অবস্থান, কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এবং পণ্যের ধরণের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

Custom, Bespoke বা Made-to-Order পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত উৎপাদন সময় লাগতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

যদি কোনো পণ্য ভাঙা, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা দেরিতে পৌঁছায়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

অভিযোগ যাচাই করার জন্য গ্রাহককে প্রদান করতে হবে:

  • পণ্যের পরিষ্কার ছবি

  • ভেতরের ও বাইরের প্যাকেজিংয়ের ছবি

  • শিপিং লেবেলের ছবি

ড্যামেজ, মিসিং বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Unboxing Video বাধ্যতামূলক। সঠিক Unboxing Video না থাকলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা সহায়তা দেওয়া নাও হতে পারে।

যাচাই করার পর শুধুমাত্র ভাঙা বা ভুল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।

৬. রিটার্নযোগ্য নয় এমন পণ্য

Custom, Bespoke এবং Personalized পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, কারণ এগুলো গ্রাহকের বিশেষ চাহিদা অনুযায়ী তৈরি করা হয়।

৭. গোপনীয়তা ও তথ্য সুরক্ষা

আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করি এবং শুধুমাত্র প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য যেমন নাম, যোগাযোগের তথ্য, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা এবং ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি যাতে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা এবং আমাদের সেবা উন্নত করা যায়।

আপনার তথ্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি করা হবে না। তবে অর্ডার প্রসেসিং, পেমেন্ট যাচাই, ডেলিভারি বা ইমেইল আপডেটের জন্য প্রয়োজন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সার্ভিস প্রদানকারীর সাথে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।

৮. কুকিজ (Cookies)
